General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated 28-12-2020.

Any order placed with City Premium SAS entails acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale (below), which form an integral part of the transport contract signed between City Premium SAS and its principal. The prices indicated in our tariffs include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (7% VAT) except for driver-only services.

Insurance, fuel, and driver service are included in our tariffs. Tolls, parking costs, waiting hours or additional kilometres not provided for in the estimate will be invoiced in addition. For Paris, its inner suburbs and the Parisian airports (CDG, Orly, Le Bourget), time and mileage are counted from the scheduled pick-up time until the time the customer is dropped off. For the pick-up and drop-off of customers outside of Paris, its inner suburbs and Paris airports (CDG, Orly, Le Bourget), the time and mileage are counted from leaving the garage until returning to the garage. Vehicle departure sites: Paris. The transfer tariff applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, with the service ending immediately after drop-off. The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle. The minimum time invoiced during a provision of services is 4 hours. The prices displayed for our services are subject to change, except when a quote has been given previously. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The photographs of our vehicles are not legally binding, and are not representative of our fleet. Luggage is accepted up to a limit of 30 kg per person transported, and will remain the responsibility of the latter. Luggage must not present any risk of damage to the vehicle. Any part of the vehicle not returned or damaged will be invoiced. On request, a transportation document can be issued to the person transported upon completion of the transport service. Any complaint is only admissible within 8 days of the provision of the transport service concerned. Any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the Courts where the registered office of City Premium SAS is located, i.e. the Commercial Court of Paris. The customer accepts that City Premium SAS can include among its references the services provided within the context of the order form.

General terms and conditions for reservation:
For any rental order of a vehicle with driver, a pre-reservation is required. This may be done by any existing means including fax, mail, email and telephone, and must be confirmed by return of an acceptance of the quote signed and returned by fax or mail. Your request will be taken into account, subject to the vehicle availablity at the time of the order. The reservation of a vehicle will be made for an equivalent vehicle category, and not for a specific model.

General conditions of payment:
All transport services are payable in cash upon completion by the following payment methods: cash, cheque, bank card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, etc.). A deposit may be required for certain orders. For customers having a customer account with our company, the service will give rise to an invoice, payable before the 15th of the month following that of its provision. Any late payment penalties due in the event of late payment will be based on the reference rate applied by the European Central Bank (ECB) to its most recent refinancing operation increased by 7 points.

Limitation of liability clauses:
City Premium SAS can in no way be held liable for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: road closure, flooded road, traffic jams, or interventions on the roadway by police, customs or firefighters, etc. (without this list being exhaustive). City Premium SAS can in no way be held liable for delays due to a force majeure event: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc. (without this list being exhaustive).
